The scope of work included site utilities, fine grading, and asphalt and concrete paving. In addition to the distribution center, the project included a transportation center, visitor’s center, and water tank support facility.

The project faced challenges from the cold weather climate it was being built in. Throughout the winter climate and an unexpected snow storm, the project remained on schedule. Ultimately, the project was completed on a fast-track schedule, with completion just ten months after the notice to proceed.
